Delete your Isekai Defense account
You can delete your Isekai Defense account (developer: 229 GAMES) and its data at any time: directly in the game, or by e-mail if you no longer have the app. Guest accounts and accounts linked to Google can both be deleted.
Option 1: delete in the game
- Open Isekai Defense and tap the gear icon, Settings, on the right side of the town screen.
- In the Account panel, tap Delete account.
- Read the message and confirm with Delete. The game shows Account deleted.
An internet connection is needed. If the game is offline, nothing is deleted and you can try again later. If your Google sign-in is old, the game asks you to sign in with Google again to confirm.
Option 2: ask by e-mail (without the app)
Send an e-mail to studio-229games@outlook.com with the subject "Delete account" and:
- the Google e-mail address linked to the account (preferably send the request from that address); or
- for a guest account (not linked to Google): your Summoner name and roughly when you last played.
We may ask for more information to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
When the account is deleted, the following data is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered:
- Your online account in Firebase Authentication: the user ID and, if linked, your Google e-mail address and name.
- The cloud copy of your progress.
- Your profile and your Infinite Demon Castle ranking entries.
- Your friendships and friend requests, your public profile card, your friend code, your block list and the gifts you received on previous days.
- Your guild membership: you leave your guild. If you are the leader, the guild passes to another member (or is disbanded if you are the only member).
What is kept, and for how long
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Progress saved on your device | It is stored on your phone, not on our servers. | Until you use Settings › Erase progress, clear the app data or uninstall the game. |
| Chat messages you already sent (guild and private) | They stay visible to the people you sent them to until they expire. | Up to 30 days after each message was sent. |
| Preview of the last message of a private conversation (up to 60 characters) | It is part of the other player's conversation list. | Until a new message is sent in that conversation, or earlier if you ask us by e-mail. |
| Formation Arena: season entry (Summoner name, avatar, level, points, defense team) and battle records with your Summoner name | The in-game deletion does not remove Arena data yet. | Until you ask us by e-mail; we remove it within 30 days of the request. |
| Records with only the random user ID (no name or e-mail): Raid attempts and rewards, guild contributions, support and check-ins, promo code and Arena reward claims, gifts sent between friends | Fraud prevention: they stop the same reward from being claimed twice. | Up to 90 days after the account is deleted. |
| Reports you sent or that were made about you | Player safety and moderation. | Up to 180 days. |
| Guild join requests sent before the current session (Summoner name, level, avatar, top heroes) | They stay in the guild leader's request list. | Until the guild leader handles the request, or earlier if you ask us by e-mail. |
Residual copies in Google's backup systems are erased by Google according to its own deletion process.
Uninstalling the game does not delete your online account. To delete it, use one of the options above.
